Murat Joined ERG International Group in 2017, leading ERG International UK since 2019.
Prior to working for ERG International Group Murat held CEO and CFO positions at Ayrasya Tuneli, Limak Yatirim AS, Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, Mersin International Port, HAVAS and Izmir International Airport.
Melike joined ERG International Group in 2024, overseeing the group’s financial strategy and operations.
With 20 years of experience in corporate banking, she has expertise in financial management, risk analysis, strategic planning, and project finance. Prior to joining ERG, she held senior positions at Ziraat Bank London, Akbank, and Yapı Kredi. She specializes in corporate finance, treasury management, financial transformation, and driving operational efficiency.
Mohamed joined ERG International UK in 2019, overseeing commercial operations and business development across the MENA region.
A civil engineer, with over 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, he has a strong background in transportation, energy, telecommunications and urban development sectors. He drives operational efficiency, technical excellence and innovation across ERG’s global portfolio.
Justine joined ERG International Group in 2023 and she heads the legal and company secretarial functions for the Group. Justine has over 23 years’ experience advising businesses and public bodies in respect of large construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. She has had previously roles in both private practice and in-house for three major UK construction businesses and is also a qualified company secretary.
