Murat joined ERG International Group in 2017 and serves as Group Chief Executive Officer, based in London, with responsibility for the Group's international operations across its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Prior to ERG, Murat held CEO and CFO positions at Avrasya Tüneli, Limak Yatırım A.Ş., Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, Mersin International Port, HAVAŞ and İzmir International Airport.
Melike joined ERG International Group in 2024 and leads ERG International UK as Chief Executive Officer, with responsibility for the UK company's strategy, operations and finance.
She brings 20 years of experience in corporate banking, with expertise in financial management, risk analysis, strategic planning and project finance. Before joining ERG, she held senior positions at Ziraat Bank London, Akbank and Yapı Kredi. She specialises in corporate finance, treasury management and financial transformation.
Mohamed joined ERG International UK in 2019, overseeing commercial operations and business development across the MENA region.
A civil engineer, with over 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, he has a strong background in transportation, energy, telecommunications and urban development sectors. He drives operational efficiency, technical excellence and innovation across ERG’s global portfolio.
Justine joined ERG International Group in 2023 and she heads the legal and company secretarial functions for the Group. Justine has over 23 years’ experience advising businesses and public bodies in respect of large construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects. She has had previously roles in both private practice and in-house for three major UK construction businesses and is also a qualified company secretary.
